What kinds of products can I find at Via Uno stores?

A wide variety of shoes, purses, wallets, belts, and costume jewelry. Via Uno franchises also carry products that help adapt shoes to feet, in addition to conservation products like leather softeners and cleaning gel, waterproofing products, anti-sliding adhesives, plantar support, heel cushion, clear and black mousse, adjustment insole, half-size insole, and non-slip heel guard.

What sizes are manufactured by Via Uno?

Most models are manufactured in sizes 33 to 39; however, some are offered up to 40 (Brazilian standard).

Can I buy online?

Via Uno does not have a virtual store. To purchase our products, just go to any of our more than 200 stores located across the world.

My shoes have a problem. What should I do?

According to the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law no. 8.078/90 - Article 26, Paragraph II), customers have 90 days counted from the date of purchase to exchange shoes presenting manufacturing defects. After that period, companies are not liable anymore. In case the product falls into the provisions above, Via Uno performs technical analyses to verify the manufacturing defect. Once it is detected, the company exchanges said shoes for others that are equal or similar to the first. This procedure may take up to 30 days and must be performed at the store where the product was purchased. The sale receipt or proof of purchase must be presented along with the product. All necessary replacements are made through said store.
